Minho recently posted photos at the gym, and one video showcased the intense muscle and strength the idol has.
After the photos at the gym, Minho surprised fans with a body test that he had done. The results showed his weight was 69.2kg, his muscle weight was 60kg, and it meant that his body fat percentage was only 7.2%, way below the average.
When the photo was posted on the Korean forum theqoo, netizens were shocked at the results of Minho’s body test. Some compared the results to an athlete, while others didn’t even believe it was possible for someone to have that much muscle weight compared to body fat.

There is no doubt that Minho works a lot on his body, and it’s definitely paid off but 7.2% is extremely low and fans just hope he is staying healthy.
