Oscars winner director Bong Joon Ho has reportedly chosen the entire new direction for one of his next films!!
the media outlet Star News reported that Bong Joon Ho will be directing the animated based film and he has already completed the script for his animated film based on deep-sea fish. Now he is preparing for the production of the film.
This film will tell the story about invertebrate deep-sea fish and marine life who think they have discs in their body. Bong Joon Ho has reportedly already asked individuals in the film industry to take a look at his script and he started creating this idea last year. He has already asked an actor close to him to be a voice actor in the film.
This will be his first animated film and it is increasing the anticipation for what he will bring to the table. Previously he has won 3 awards for his film “Parasite” at the 92nd Academy Awards and the Palme d’Or at the Cannes Film Festival.
Bong Joon Ho is currently working on English and Korean scripts. One of his Korean film scripts is based on the horror that takes place in Seoul while his English script is based on a true story that happened in 2016.
The timing of film production is not been decided yet so it is unknown whether Bong Joon Ho’s animated film will be produced before or after his other scripts and he is participating in HBO-produced Parasite spin-off drama alongside Adam McKay.
