Taarak Mehta's Gurucharan Singh aka Sodhi Breaks His Fast
People know him for playing Roshan Singh Sodhi on Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah but news flashed because his medical condition deteriorated.
The actor needed emergency medical treatment while in the hospital and called his health status life-threatening. Bhakti Soni told us that Gurucharan didn't consume solid food again when he returned home in May 2024.
Today marks a recovery milestone as the actor has consented to eat food again to assist his medical progress. TOI performed an interview with Bhakti to learn essential news about Gurucharan's physical and economic welfare. His willingness to eat solid food shows signs of improvement according to his report.
After Bhakti secured an offer of 13 lakh rupees Gurucharan began eating food again. The financial deal helped decrease his tensions while bringing a brighter mood to his life. Together Bhakti and her friend earned a deal worth Rs 13 lakh for Gurucharan's benefit.
She reported feeling angry because none of her Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah co-stars helped him, but the show's publicist team reached out to ask about his medical condition. Although she agreed that they reached out to ask about his health she expressed frustration at their lack of assistance.
She revealed, "I had helped him with another Rs 33 lakh. I just fail to understand—the man is almost dying, but nobody came forward to help him."
She pointed out that while he doesn't need money, what he truly needs is work to get back on his feet.
Bhakti told us before that Gurucharan stopped consuming water for 19 days which weakened him so badly that he had to go to the hospital. The actor's fans anxiously wants him well soon and awaits additional news.
