This is the inspiring story of Ashritha Mula, a young woman who cleared the GATE exam with an All India Rank of 36 and went on to complete her MTech from the Indian Institute of Science (IISc). After completing her degree, she received a job offer with a salary package of Rs. 52 lakh per annum.

However, inthefirst attempt, sheachievedan All India Rank (AIR) of 3,000, which was notconsidereda rank goodfor admission into the top IITs.Shedecidednotto give up but insteadwork harder and refine her preparation.

According to her LinkedIn profile, she reappeared for GATE in 2022 and achieved an impressive All India Rank of 36. With this achievement, she received job offers from top organizations like ISRO, DRDO, BARC, and NPCIL.

Despiteallthese prestigious job offers, Ashritha wasstillkeenonspecializingmorein hardware engineering. She pursued MTech in VLSI at IISc Bangalore, whichraisedher career prospectsimmensely.

After completing her MTech, shelandedatajob at NVIDIAwith an annual salary package of Rs. 52 lakh.Itwas an extraordinary achievementonherpart,but herparentssawit as an unfulfilled dream of theirs, whoalwaysusedto viewfarming as the onlycareer option.
