He noted that internal state coordination in India is in its final stages.

 “India is at the final stage of internal state coordination,” Kondratyev was quoted as saying by Indian media. The first discussion on a draft agreement is scheduled to take place in June, with the signing expected by the end of the year. This initiative aims to launch visa-free group tourist exchanges, similar to those already established between Russia, China, and Iran.
