 The Patanjali-IMA case:

The Supreme Court is now considering a plea from the Indian Medical Association (IMA) that claims Patanjali is running a negative campaign against the Covid vaccination effort and modern medical practices. It also stated that Patanjali should not sell products if their licences are suspended. Justice Amanullah emphasized that once a licence is suspended, the products should immediately be withdrawn from sale without delay or notice.
