 The Patanjali-IMA case:

The Supreme Court is now considering a plea from the Indian Medical Association (IMA) that claims Patanjali is running a negative campaign against the Covid vaccination effort and modern medical practices. It also stated that Patanjali should not sell products if their licences are suspended. Justice Amanullah emphasized that once a licence is suspended, the products should immediately be withdrawn from sale without delay or notice.

“We want to point out to you, that your misleading ads about your products that have now been prohibited...are still available on various channels on the internet – what are you doing to bring them down?" Supreme Court had asked.

The bench posted the matter for further hearing on July 30.
