Iran Made A Huge Mistake
The Israeli Prime Minister in a blunt threat to Iran said the latter made a ‘big mistake’ by attacking Tel Aviv and pledged to punish Iran for its missile attack.
In response, Netanyahu said that Iran will bear the consequences of the attack which targeted Israel, causing more than two hundred ballistic missiles to be launched at the country which sounded air raid alarms and required citizens to seek shelter in secure places. “Iran made a big mistake tonight and will pay for it, whoever attacks us, we will attack them,” PM Netanyahu said hours after the attack.
Netanyahu called the attack a “failure” and suggested that Iran will also face the same fate as Hamas and Hezbollah militant groups.Earlier, Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) carried out an aerial attack on Israel, in which one Palestinian man was killed in the occupied West Bank.
The Iranian missile attack was a strike in response to the latest Israeli aggression in Lebanon by assassinating Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah, Hamas head Ismail Haniyeh and Revolutionary Guards officer Abbas Nilforoushan. Meanwhile, speaking after the attack Iranian President, Masoud Pezeshkian warned Israel PM Benjamin Netanyahu that Tehran is ‘not hostile’.
