Remo D'Souza's Wife Reacts To Cheating Allegations
After being for cheating dance troupe of Rs 11.96 crore, choreographer-director Remo D’Souza and his wife Lizelle has come forward with a press statement. The couple has appealed to people “not to disseminate rumours before confirming the facts. They also said that they will be presenting their side of the story on the same soon.
The statement posted on Remo and Lizelle’s IG either said, “We have become aware through media reports that some complaint has been lodged to the effect of fraud as regards one dance troupe.” That sort of information is regrettable to learn has been published.
The duo went on to further express, “When we will be ready we shall announce it, For now we shall continue to cooperate with the athourities regarding the case.
On October 16, a case was filed with Mira Road police station in Mumbai against Remo, his wife Lizelle under section 465 (forgery), 420 (cheating) amongst other sections of the Indian Penal Code, a police official said.The FIR was lodged based on a complaint that the accused cheated the dancer and his team between 2018 and July 2024.
