Divya Agarwal is one of the renowned actresses in the television industry. She rose to fame with her stint on the show, Bigg Boss OTT 1. In her personal life, Divya is married to the love of her life, Apurva Padgaonkar. It was only a few days ago when Divya made it to the headlines with her divorce speculations, but later, she dismissed all such rumours. And Divya dominated the headlines as the real estate consultant, Rafique Merchant made some allegations about the actress.
Taking to his IG stories, real estate consultant, Rafique Merchant dropped a video and revealed that Divya Agarwal had not paid him the brokerage fee. In the video, Rafique requested Divya to release his 1 per cent brokerage fee. He added how he had sold one of her flats and how the actress, after attending a meeting, just straightaway blocked him from everywhere. Rafique said:
"Divya Agarwal, please meri brokerage release kar do. Mera 1%, mera haq mujhe adda kar do. Meine aapko Lodha Bel Air mein flat bechke de diya. Aap raazi-khushi se meeting mein aaye, registration mein aaye. Uske baad aapne phone uthana band kar diya aur block kar diya. Messages, DMs, sab block kar diya. Please aise kyun kar rahe ho?"

In the same video, Rafique Merchant asked Divya's hubby, Apurva Padgaonkar, why he is doing this to him and not releasing his brokerage fee. He also remarked that Apurva had mentioned that everything had gone into loss, but the former had nothing to do with it as he did whatever the couple wanted, from selling their flat to making it on rent. He also asked how such a big celebrity could do this to him. Well, Divya and Apurva are yet to comment on this matter. However, the broker can be quoted as saying:
"Jab aapko kharidna tha, humne dilwa diya, aapko jab bechna tha, humne bikwa diya, aur rent par bhi karwa diya tha. Lekin please, humara haqq humko de do aur 1% brokerage release kar do. Aap itne bade celebrity hoke aise kaise kar sakte ho?"
