All 70 seats recorded about 20 percent voter turnout until 11 am on Wednesday, the Election Commission of India said. Delhi CM Atishi says Delhi election is not just a normal election. “This is a 'Dharmyuddh'. The people are Delhi are standing with the ones who work. They do not want hooliganism," she said after casting her vote.
The Congress, which ruled Delhi for 15 years, is contesting to reclaim its lost control over Delhi assembly.
