While official details remain undisclosed, several media reports suggest Amitabh Bachchan’s land purchase is approximately 10,000 sq.ft., valued at around Rs. 14.5 crores. The Sarayu project, spanning 25 acres along the Sarayu River, is strategically located, just 15 minutes away from the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple and a half-hour from the upcoming Maryada Purushottam Shri Ram International Airport, currently under construction. The unveiling of this seven-star project is slated for the same day as the consecration ceremony.

Confirming his association with Abhinandan Lodha, Amitabh Bachchan expressed his anticipation in a statement to Hindustan Times. He said, ‘I am excited to embark on this journey with The House of Abhinandan Lodha for The Sarayu in Ayodhya, a city that holds a special place in my heart. Ayodhya’s timeless spirituality and cultural richness have formed an emotional connection transcending geographical boundaries. This marks the beginning of a heartfelt journey into Ayodhya’s soul, where tradition and modernity harmoniously coexist, creating an emotional tapestry that resonates with me deeply. I eagerly look forward to building my home in this global spiritual capital.’
