In the early morning, sadhus, including the famous Naga sadhus from various akharas, embarked on their ceremonial procession to the ghats. By 6 am, the first akharas, such as Juna Akhara, had completed their sacred rituals. The atmosphere was elevated by rose petals being dropped from a helicopter, adding a festive and majestic touch to the occasion.
