In an exclusive interview with Apple Music's Nadeska Alexis, Usher expressed his excitement about this performance, which he sees as a pivotal moment in his illustrious 30-year career. Departing from the traditional record label route, Usher is set to debut as the first independent artist to headline the Super Bowl half-time show, coinciding with the release of his self-released album, "Coming Home".

Although tight-lipped about specific details of his setlist, Usher hinted at a retrospective journey, promising to revisit iconic songs and dance routines that have defined his musical legacy. Furthermore, he teased the possibility of guest appearances from fellow artists who have collaborated on his chart-topping hits.

Taking place at Allegiant Stadium, amidst the clash between the Kansas City Chiefs and the San Francisco 49ers, Usher's performance follows in the footsteps of illustrious past performers such as Rihanna and the star-studded lineup of Dr Dre, Kendrick Lamar, Mary J Blige, Snoop Dogg, Eminem, and 50 Cent.

Adding a unique twist to the Super Bowl experience, dance music maestro Tiesto will make history as the first-ever in-game DJ.

As anticipation builds for the Super Bowl spectacle, all eyes will be on Usher as he prepares to dazzle audiences with his signature blend of music, dance, and showmanship, promising a half-time show for the ages.
