Malayalam industry celebs are one of them who are always forward and quick in making their contribution for the social issues, not only them even their government is the one. The Kerala state CM has declared a free-of-cost vaccine and even celebs are contributing their part and urging people to do the same.
As the second wave of Covid-19 brings a grim situation in terms of vaccine and oxygen supply, several M-Town figures have contributed to the Chief Minister’s Disaster Management Fund, to aid the situation.
Saying that he had been motivated by the post of another social media influencer, musician Gopi Sundar posted an invoice on social media of his contribution to the fund, and wrote, “This is not a show off by any means, rather it’s an inspiration to help the needy people… I hope that at least few of you will be inspired by my action and contribute generously to the CM’s relief fund. Let’s fight together for a prosperous tomorrow. Nothing is impossible when we are willing to stand for everyone. Be safe, Be happy.”

Also, actress Santhy Balachandran took to her social media and shared a message about making a difference. She posted, “Grateful to live in a State that believes that vaccines are a basic human right, and is working towards making them accessible to everyone free-of-cost. If you are fortunate to be someone who would have purchased the vaccine had it not been free, pl do consider donating that amount to the CMDRF.
The good thing about living in a state with high population density is that there is strength in numbers: our contributions – no matter how small – will add up quickly to make a difference.
If you can afford to spare the money, let’s try and help the government make good on its promise.”
