Series: Mai Hero Boll Raha Hu

Director: Siddhartha Luther

The most awaited web series of 2021 and Parth Samthaan’s OTT Debut, Mai Hero Boll Raha Hu is streaming on ZEE5 and ALT Balaji, based on the ’90s story, the series gives a nostalgic trip down the memory lane of ’90s from its fashion to the language. Director has gained full marks to show Bombay and not Mumbai in the series.

The chocolate boy of television, Parth Samthaan who was priorly seen in Kaisi Yeh Yaariaan and Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 had to shed his chocolate boy image and slew into the rugged zone.

Plot:

The first episode of the series introduces Nawab (Parth). The common guy from Bareilly, Nawab comes to Bombay in order to accomplish his larger-than-life dreams by hook or crook. Like other commoners, he started his tussle by the business of pirated cassettes. But destiny had different plans for him. The ordinary guy does extraordinary things and becomes the ruler of Bombay.

It won’t be wrong to say, Mai Hero Boll Raha Hu gives a glimpse of the cult film, Once Upon A Times In Mumbai.

Overall, the series will give you a major nostalgia and if you are a 90’s kid, then the film will be a flashback. If you’re a fan of ganster thriller, then you will love this one for sure!
