These experiences have changed their outlook, fostering a sense of optimism tempered by economic uncertainty. As a result, Millennials often prioritize work-life balance and value experiences over material possessions, & exhibit a strong desire for social change and environmental sustainability.

In contrast, Generation Z, born from 1997 onwards, has never known a world without the internet & social media. This constant connectivity has deeply impacted their communication styles, with a preference for digital interaction over face-to-face engagement.
