Exclusive: Hint Of A Collaboration Between K-pop And Punjabi?

K-pop sensation Aoora recently met Punjabi pop legend Daler Mehndi and the two may be cooking up an exciting project Indo-Korean cultural ambassador and K-pop star Aoora is currently in India and wowing audiences with foot-tapping versions of classic Bappi Lahiri and RD Burman songs.

 He is currently exploring various genres of Indian film and pop music and recently had a serendipitous meeting with legendary Punjabi pop icon Daler Mehndi and paid a tribute to him by dancing to the iconic track 'Tunak Tunak Tun' in an Instagram post.

"To my absolute surprise and joy, Daler sir appreciated the video and shared it on his own Instagram story with a caption that reads, "Thank you for all the love," says Aoora. In the video, Aoora is seen performing signature moves from 'Tunak Tunak Tun' and Korean rapper Psy's gigantic hit 'Gangnam Style.' Now the buzz is that he and Daler Mehndi will come together to create a Punjabi-Korean chartbuster in the near future.
