K-Pop idols are finding innovative ways to connect romantically despite strict industry rules, according to Wonder Girls' Yubin. 

During an appearance on the 1MillionDanceStudio YouTube channel's “Liality” show with 2NE1’s Minzy, Yubin revealed how younger idols are using technology to discreetly exchange contact information. While past idols used creative methods like leaving sticky notes on vending machines, today's stars employ Apple’s Airdrop feature to share phone numbers without even knowing each other’s digits.

Yubin explained, "Idols will pass close enough to connect, then Airdrop things to each other, like phone numbers," adding that this modern method of secretive communication has been dubbed "MZ dating" by Minzy. 

The revelation left hosts Lia Kim and Amy surprised, highlighting how today’s K-Pop stars adapt to the pressures of fame while navigating their personal lives.
