Shin Ye Eun in Talks to Star Opposite Rowoon in New Historical Drama

Actress Shin Ye Eun is reportedly considering a role alongside Rowoon in the upcoming historical drama "Takryu." 

The drama, penned by renowned writer Cheon Sung Il, is set to portray the transformation of a man from a gangster at Han River's Mapo Port to a legendary figure in the Joseon Dynasty.

Shin Ye Eun's agency, NPIO Entertainment, confirmed that she is positively reviewing the offer. If cast, she will join Rowoon, who has been in talks for the male lead role, and Park Seoham, also rumored to be considering a role.

"Takryu" marks Cheon Sung Il's second historical drama following the success of "The Slave Hunters." Meanwhile, Shin Ye Eun is also preparing for her role in the upcoming drama "Jeong Nyeon," alongside Kim Tae Ri, Ra Mi Ran, and Moon So Ri, scheduled for release later this year.
