Today, the trailer of the film was launched, where director Shashank Khaitan opened up about working with Janhvi Kapoor again after her debut film Dhadak. He revealed that the actress has grown immensely with years of experience and is now stepping into a genre she hasn’t explored before—outright comedy.

Khaitan praised Janhvi’s hidden comic side, noting how audiences will be pleasantly surprised by her commercial appeal and natural timing. He said, “I worked with Janhvi Kapoor for, first time in her debut film Dhadak, and after so many years, we got a chance to work in Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari. She had a lot of experience, and also this genre is something which she has not done before, and when people see the film, they will realise the comic side she has, the commercial appeal, and it takes time to come out. I was really impressed by that. We have rehearsed a lot. There is a saying that comedy films or films of this genre don't require rehearsal, but in fact, this demands more rehearsal to bring the perfect timing .
