‘The Idol’ is an American drama television series created by Abel “The Weeknd” Tesfaye, Sam Levinson, and Reza Fahim and starring The Weeknd himself, Lily-Rose Depp, and Suzanna Son in the lead. The storyline is about Jocelyn being desperate to reclaim her rightful title as the greatest and sexiest pop diva in America after a nervous breakdown disrupted her most recent tour after Tedros, a notorious nightclub entrepreneur, reignites her passions.

The show had been released last month on June 4 and it finally ended today, the viewers who kept track of the show have highly disappointed them. Their Twitter posted reactions say it all, one user says, “This show really didn’t have a direction at all like no storyline, no character development, just torture porn all the way.” The other commented, “What did leias note say? what happened to rob? where did tedros go for six weeks? did dyanne ever get another chance? THIS SHOW HAS TOO MANY PLOT HOLES”
