As there was some confusion among the three Spider-Man stars and their awkward attempt at a title reveal, we now have an actual answer to, “what’s the new Spider-Man movie called?” And the name revealed was “Spider-Man: No Way Home.”

Yes, it’s not “Spider-Man: Phone Home,” not “Spider-Man: Home-Wrecker,” and clearly not “Spider-Man: Home Slice”. Even though all of them sound very fun, they are all very incorrect. In the teaser video that was uploaded, you can see where this kerfuffle all started between Tom Holland, Zendaya, and Jacob Batalon, heading to a talk with returning Spider-Man director Jon Watts. The trio argued that they were being given fake titles in the video.

The video also shows a segment where Tom asks his co-stars, “Name me one thing I’ve actually spoiled!”. To which Zendaya deadpans, “The last movie title?”
The announcement also revealed the release date for the film. It stated that ‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’ comes out Christmas 2021.
