Have a look at the YouTube video as well –
On Monday, the Mumbai Police tweeted the screen capture from the scene shown in tweet. and wrote, “Make sure you always have one before you leave home because – Hum negotiate ‘NAHI’ karenge.”
This means that if you do not have an identity proof when you leave home, then you could be charged under the law and the police authorities will not negotiate.
In this particular scene, Tyler Rake, demands proof that the child he is supposed to rescue is alive. He refuses to comply with the kidnappers’ demand until they give him the necessary proof.
