They highlight that these artificial colors can not only raise cancer risks but may also lead to various physical and mental health problems.

This shocking news has raised worries among cake lovers. Popular cakes like red velvet and black forest, which often use eye-catching artificial colors, have been identified as having serious health risks.Tests have detected artificial colors like Allura Red, Sunset Yellow FCF, Ponso 4R, Tartrazine, and Carmoisine in the cakes.

Earlier this year, the Karnataka government banned Rhodamine-B, a food coloring often used in popular items like gobi manchurian and cotton candy. Health Minister Dinesh Gundu Rao stated that strict action will be taken against sellers using these chemicals in their restaurants.
