New York Fashion Week 2023 has been quite the rage and has made heads turn with the offbeat and out of the box fashion served at the festival. The fashion week had everything going for itself including all the glitz, glamour and energy that decked up the runway.
The runway is full of showcases by Indian designers Falguni Shane Peacock, Kanika Goyal, Archana Kochchar. What was also seen was South Asian representation with the presence of celebrities such as Priyanka Chopra.
Indian fashion designer Archana Kochhar made a splashing entry at the New York Fashion Week (NYFW) with her show featuring the exquisite 'Anant' collection at the High Water rooftop, New York. The event showcased a collection combining the elegance of Indian weaves with the modern vision of Indian women in Independent India.

Her collection called “Anant” was divided into three segments. In collaboration with the Government of Maharashtra, India, Archana introduced vibrant rani pink hues and modern silhouettes, showcasing the handwoven Paithani Sari. The state government supported Archana with the sari's splendid fabric as a gracious endorsement for the collection.
Designer couple Falguni and Shane Peacock showcased jaw dropping glitz and glam laden outfits that are fit for weddings and an interesting athleisure range.
Law Roach also gave a shout out to Falguni and Shane Peacock’s Spring 2024 collection showcased at the New York Fashion Week with a post captioned, “Mumbai Meets NYC.. The designer couple served all the glitter, glam, feather and fanfare laden silhouettes with a touch of athleisure hinted by the casual caps and some serious glamour added by the collaboration with Christian Louboutin footwear. We seriously can't wait for spring for the world to don and bloom in this magical collection.
The highlight of the show was the prsence of Miss World 1997, Dianna Hayden, who graced the NYFW run way in an exquisite piece from the Anant collection.
