Uorfi Javed takes a dig at Shibani Dandekar over handprint Loewe dress!

Uorfi Javed took a swipe at Shibani Dandekar after Dandekar clarified on a leading celebrity news website's Instagram page that the dress worn by her is from Loewe and not inspired by Javed. Javed wrote on Instagram, "It's your own insecurity when you had to opt for paid post to clarify that you wore a super expensive brand by a very famous designer inspired by an American superstar and not me. We get it! You're rich, you wear luxury brands! Calm down now! Geesh."

It all started after Shibani Dandekar attended a recent party in a handprint Loewe dress in Mumbai last night. Minutes after the photos were published, netizens appreciated the outfit and attributed it to her getting inspired from fashion icon Javed's style. Apparently, Dandekar was not pleased by the observations and got her publicists to clarify that the outfit was bought from Loewe and worn by Beyonce during her World Tour last year. 

Javed who is often referred to as the Princess of Fashion because of her inimitable style took to Instagram to present her side of the story. She revealed, "You are a fashion girl who doesn't wanna get compared to a girl like me who doesn't wear expensive brands but her own designs! I get it, madam. Anyone with money can buy expensive clothes but style that ain't for everyone."
