Shocking: TMKOC's Sonu Quits The Show; Prdouction House Issues A Legal Notice

Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah fame Palak Sindhwani aka Sonu Bhide was in the news as the production house was planning to send a legal notice for breaching the contact. However, Palak denied the reports and called the news fake. The production house, Neela Film Production, has now sent a legal notice to the actress.

The production house has also issued a press statement stating that Neela Film Production has issued a legal notice to Palak through Anand and Nick who plays the character of Sonu Bhide in the show. the notice highlights several important violations of her exclusive artist agreement, which have negatively impacted the character, the show, and the production company.

The issues mainly involve Palak Sindhwani making unauthorized endorsements and appearances without the required written consent from her contract. Despite several verbal and written warnings, these actions continued, violating the exclusivity clause and damaging both the character and the series. As a result, Neela Film Production has had to take formal action.

In reply to the legal notice, Palak has expressed her intention to leave the show.

The production house disputes the claims made by Palak in her response and plans to take the matter seriously, seeking compensation for the damages caused to them and the show.
