Fans of 'Panchayat,' rejoice! The creators of the immensely popular Amazon Prime Video series are reportedly already working on a fourth season. Director Deepak Kumar Mishra has confirmed that production is in progress. After the thrilling conclusion of Season 3, fans are eagerly awaiting the next chapter. Mishra revealed that the beloved comedy-drama will continue for at least two more seasons, with the team already developing the fourth season.

Reports suggest that 'Panchayat' Season 4 is expected to air in 2026, following the pattern of a two-year gap between seasons—Season 1 premiered in 2020, followed by Seasons 2 and 3 in 2022 and 2024, respectively. Mishra made these remarks shortly before the release of the third season, which stars Jitendra Kumar, Neena Gupta, Raghubir Yadav, Faisal Malik, Chandan Roy, and Sanvikaa.

According to the director, writing for Season 4 has already begun. "We've started writing for Season 4," Mishra stated. "For us, there's usually no change in seasons. We have written three or four episodes already, and Season 3 is already complete." He further added, "We have considered producing Seasons 4 and 5 so far. We have a clear vision for Season 4 and a more expansive plan for Season 5."
