In a surprising turn of events, global icons Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas have reportedly been compelled to vacate their Los Angeles residence due to severe issues rendering it "virtually unlivable." Priyanka, addressing the recent reports, shared glimpses of her new temporary abode on Instagram Stories.
Late Thursday evening (IST), Priyanka posted a video showcasing a room with a large window, a simple table, and chairs, accompanied by the soothing melody of Pankaj Udhas’ Ahista. While Priyanka and Nick were absent from the footage, she expressed her joy at enjoying a rainy day.
However, the recent move comes after Page Six reported that the celebrity couple filed a legal case against the seller of their LA home. Allegedly, their residence transformed into a nightmare due to mould infestation caused by water damage.

According to the lawsuit filed in May 2023, issues with the pool and spa, such as "porous waterproofing," led to "fostered mold contamination and related issues." Simultaneously, a water leak at the barbecue area on the deck damaged a part of the interior living area below, making the house "virtually unlivable" and posing health risks.
The lawsuit estimates damages exceeding $1.5 million for waterproofing issues, with "general damages" potentially reaching $2.5 million. Consequently, Priyanka and Nick are pursuing "consequential damages."
