Samantha from "The Family Man 2," along with actor Rana Daggubati and director Trivikram Srinivas, recently attended a Hyderabad event for Alia Bhatt’s upcoming movie, "Jigra." Fans were thrilled to see the South stars warmly welcome Alia.
Fans were thrilled to see Alia and Samantha together, sparking hopes that the two leading actresses might soon collaborate on a project.
To their surprise, Alia Bhatt, the star of ‘Jigra,’ had a similar idea. On stage, she asked ‘Guntur Kaaram’ director Trivikram to create a movie featuring both her and Samantha.
Alia said, " And over here on this stage, not doing this for promotion, I, genuinely mean it. Trivikram sir I think Samantha and I should be in a film written and directed by you."
Alia praised Samantha at the event, saying, My dearest Samantha, you are a hero on and off-screen. I have so much admiration for your talent, for your resilience, for your strength. It's not easy to be a woman in a man's world, but you have surpassed gender. You stand tall on your two feet, and you have your talent, and your strong kicks to be an example for everyone."
Alia shared that when she invited Samantha to her event, the ‘Kushi’ actress immediately agreed, not even taking 10 seconds to say yes.
