BCCI Appoints Gautam Gambhir As New Head Coach of Indian Mens Cricket Team. With the recently concluded ICC T-20 World Cup Rahul Dravid and his coaching term comes to an end. BCCI Secretary Jay Shah confirmed the news on Social media.

Gautam Gambhir took to instagram to announce his new role. In an instagram post with an national flag image Gambhir wrote, "India is my identity and serving my country has been the greatest privilege of my life. I’m honoured to be back, albeit wearing a different hat. But my goal is the same as it has always been, to make every Indian proud.
