5 Indians To Serve ICC Chairmanship Till Now

Jagmohan Dalmiya (1997-2000)

He was the first Indian to become ICC chairperson in the history. Dalmiya was also the BCCI president earlier.

Sharad Pawar (2010-2012)

Sharad Pawar was the second Indian to serve ICC chairmanship. He focused on the introduction of new cricket formats and inproving the infrastructure of the game. India won 2011 ODI CWC during his tenure.

N. Srinivasan (2014-1015)

N. Srinivasan got elected as the first Indian to sit on the position after changes in the ICC government model. Though his tenure was cut short due to allegedly involvement in the IPL spot-fixing.

Shashank Manohar (2016-2020)

Shashank Manohar became first ICC chairman to serve two terms. He restructured ICC financial model & reduced the curruption as well.

Jay Shah (2024-Present)

Jay Shah is set to be the new chairman of the international cricketing body. He is the youngest ever to sit on the position at the age of 35 & he will replace Barclay in November.
