Kiara Advani and Sidharth Malhotra, who tied the knot in February 2023, recently celebrated their second wedding anniversary. The couple has now delighted fans with the announcement that they are expecting their first child. In a heartwarming joint post, they shared a picture of their hands holding a pair of "baby socks," accompanied by the caption, "The greatest gift of our lives, coming soon."

Following their announcement, the internet quickly flooded with love and congratulations. Neha Dhupia shared her excitement, saying, "Congratulations u guys best news ever." One fan wrote, "Omggg Woww congratulations, going to be the best mom and dad," while another commented, "Omg, congratulations! Another fan added, "Finally, this news is here." 

In a recent second anniversary post for Sidharth, Kiara shared a funny recreation of their wedding varmala moment. In the video, she humorously pulls Sidharth with a rod while working out. She captioned the video, "How it started, how it's going. Happy Anniversary to my partner in everything. Love you @sidmalhotra."

Kiara is currently working on WAR 2, where she stars alongside Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR, with the film nearing its completion. As her pregnancy progresses, she may take some time off in the coming months. Recently, Kiara also appeared in Game Changer with Ram Charan. In addition, she has been announced as the female lead in Don 3 opposite Ranveer Singh, though there has been no update on when filming will start. The movie's release was initially scheduled for 2025, but there has been no new news regarding the shoot.

On the other hand, Sidharth is busy filming Param Sundari with Janhvi Kapoor and has just wrapped up the Kerala schedule of the film.
