Jungkook's Instagram Posts Stir Speculation Amid NewJeans Conflict, BIGHIT MUSIC Responds

On September 14, BTS's Jungkook sparked attention with two Instagram posts on his dog’s account, @bowwow_bam, seemingly showing support for NewJeans amidst their ongoing conflict with HYBE and former ADOR CEO Min Hee Jin. Although Jungkook didn’t explicitly mention the group, his captions, “Artists are not guilty” and “Don’t use them,” were widely interpreted as comments on the situation involving NewJeans.

While many fans appreciated Jungkook’s perceived solidarity with the girl group, others speculated that the account might have been hacked, given the cryptic nature of the posts.

 

In response, HYBE released a statement confirming they were looking into the matter to better understand the intent behind Jungkook's posts.

"We have confirmed that this was posted with the belief that, under no circumstances should young artists be dragged into disputes or used as shields."
