BTS fans are in for a treat as BIGHIT MUSIC has announced the upcoming release of RM’s solo documentary, RM: Right People, Wrong Place. The highly-anticipated film is set to make its debut at the 29th Busan International Film Festival (BIFF), which runs from October 2 to 11. The trailer, recently released, has already sparked significant excitement among fans.

Directed by Lee Seok Jun and produced by HYBE, the documentary delves into RM's personal and artistic journey, highlighting his growth and introspection. It provides an intimate look at RM's identity and his role as the leader of BTS, offering viewers a nuanced exploration of his experiences.

The film covers the eight months leading up to RM’s military enlistment in November 2023 and reflects on the creative process behind his second solo album, Right Place, Wrong Person, released this summer. It follows the success of his debut solo album, Indigo, which came out in December 2022. Through candid portrayals of RM’s emotions and experiences, the documentary reveals how he channels his feelings into his music, showcasing his unique sensibility and beliefs.

RM: Right People, Wrong Place marks Lee Seok Jun’s second major collaboration with BTS members, following his contribution to J-Hope’s solo album Jack In The Box.
