With various versions of the physical album available, ARMY, have been excited about the different exclusive photocards offered by retailers such as Walmart, Target, Barnes & Noble, and Weverse Shop. However, a recent mixup has left some fans more confused than thrilled.

Geffen Records, handling the album’s release, acknowledged an issue with the exclusives. Through a post on X (formerly Twitter), Geffen announced that the Walmart and Weverse US exclusive versions of Happy Version 3 (Navigate) were mistakenly switched. The Walmart version, which initially promised one random photocard out of two, now reportedly offers one out of three.

The update from Geffen has led fans to seek more detailed clarification, as many remain uncertain about which photocard they’ll receive with their pre-orders.

The mixup has also raised concerns over the impact on album sales and whether such issues could confuse fans who pre-ordered specific editions for particular photocards.

Fans have also expressed concern about Geffen’s limited promotion for Jin’s solo debut. With the album release only days away, many expected a stronger push from the label, especially for Jin’s first solo project. Meanwhile, Geffen has yet to issue any further updates to reassure fans or explain how the photocard confusion might be resolved.

As fans eagerly await Happy, many are still hopeful that these pre-release glitches won’t overshadow the excitement of Jin’s debut. For now, ARMYs can listen to Jin’s pre-release single, “I’ll Be There,” as they count down to November 15.
