On 21 January, Louis Vuitton, the luxury brand personally delivered invitations, coffee, and special gifts to BTS for the Louis Vuitton Men’s Fall-Winter 2021 Fashion Show.
On Twitter this fashion house presented the video of memebers while receiving gift, a show invitation and a personalised coffee order.
This 30-second clip got over a million views and Army is awaited for the next move from Louis Vuitton menswear creative director Virgil Abloh.
The collection was something of a love letter to travel. Louis Vuitton’s signature monograms were reworked into airplane shapes, with motifs cropping up on sharply tailored suits and emblazoned on cross-body bag straps. A trained architect, Abloh included two particularly spectacular 3D cityscape sweaters featuring the Paris and New York skylines.
Two hours later, J-Hope kept the hype going by tweeting two new selfies of himself wearing the brand’s clothing, a photo of the toy planes BTS received, and his coffee. The fans quickly discovered J-Hope’s Louis Vuitton ring and it became a spotlight. Fans got to work searching for more information about it.
They found out that J-Hope’s ring is actually a wedding band that costs nearly $2,000 USD!
J-Hope also revealed that he would like to appear on the singles’ reality show I Live Alone.
