Juhi Chawla, star of films like yes boss, bol radha bol, hum hain rahi pyar ke and raju ban gaya gentleman is known as one of the most successful actress of the nineties. She was recently appeared in Friday Night Plan in 2023 and possesses a total wealth of 4600 crores only. But the question is not ‘Priyanka Chopra, Alia Bhatt or Deepika Padukone but it is Juhi Chawla who has become India’s richest actress.
According to the Rich List of 2024, portal hinting that Juhi has crossed the income of Priyanka Chopra, Alia Bhatt, and Deepika Padukone. Her total asset sums up to Rs 4600 crore making her placed only behind her close pal and colleague Shah Rukh Khan. SRK have net asset of Rs. 7,300 crore.
According to the list, Hrithik Roshan stands third from the Bollywood industry regarding his richness. It’s time to know that Hrithik has a net worth of Rs 2000 crore. It may be relevant to point out here that Juhi, SRK and Hrithik for instance joined the list this year. Apparently Juhi Chawla’s income substantially stems from a massive stake in Red Chillies Group owned by SRK- a production house.
Juhi also has stake in the Kolkata Knight Riders, in the Indian Premier League with Shah Rukh.Khoo also has a real estate business and other investments with her millionaire husband Jay Mehta, said the portal. Other richest Bollywood actresses from India this year apart from Juhi Chawla includes Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Priyanka Chopra, Alia Bhatt and Deepika Padukone.
Although Aishwarya has got second position with the total asset of Rs 850 crore, Priyanka has received third position with Rs 650 crore earning from her brands and movies along with Hollywood project.
Alia is in the fourth spot with a net worth of approximately Rs 550 crore, and Deepika rounds off the top five, having around Rs 400 to Rs 500 crore.
Juhi Chawla also won the Miss India beauty pageant in 1984 and made her Hindi film debut with Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak in 1988.
