The upcoming film promises a fresh take on the comedy genre, setting the caper on a cruise where a group of quirky and mysterious characters come together.

With consistent assurances from the makers that this will be the biggest Housefull yet, Sajid Nadiadwala has assembled a star-studded cast. While the male lineup includes familiar faces like Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh, Abhishek Bachchan, Sanjay Dutt, and Nana Patekar, sources confirm that Jacqueline Fernandez, Nargis Fakhri, Sonam Bajwa, Chitrangada Singh, and Soundarya Sharma will appear as the five female leads. “It’s a well-curated ensemble, and each character has a vital role to play,” a source revealed. 

The film is set to kick off its 45-day shooting schedule in London on September 15. The source added that the initial scenes will be shot in London before the cast boards the cruise, where the comedic chaos will unfold.

After wrapping up in London, the team will return to Mumbai for additional scenes later in the year.

The film is on track for a June 6, 2025 release, aligning with the Bakra Eid weekend. 

Directed by Tarun Mansukhani, Housefull 5 will feature Akshay Kumar once again in a comedic role, this time with a new character trait sure to have audiences in stitches.
