Sonam Kapoor Reveals She Has Been Saving Up For Son Vayu's Education

Bollywood actress Sonam Kapoor is married to businessman Anand Ahuja, and have a son, Vayu, with him. Recently, Sonam opened up on not having higher education like her husband and has started saving for her son’s education.

Sonam Kapoor has never attended college, and in a recent interview, she talked about the guilt of not going to college. She said, “My husband went to Wharton at the University of Pennsylvania. When he recently took me around the campus, it was the first time I felt envy. So I’ve been saving up for Vayu’s education. I want him to be a reader."

In the same interview, Sonam Kapoor also said that she has never had a botox surgery and feels comfortable in her own skin. She said, “I’ve never gotten Botox. When they say I wear this or that, it’s not just about the clothes. Why can’t I simply be comfortable in my skin?"

In another interview, Sonam Kapoor announced her comeback to Bollywood, she said, “I’m super excited to face the camera again post my pregnancy. I love being an actor, and I love living so many interesting characters through my profession. Human beings fascinate me, and I love playing varied roles. I’m looking forward to my next.”

She added, “I will return to the sets early next year. Details of this project are currently getting locked, so I won’t be able to talk at length till the announcement is made. It’s a big project. That’s all I can say right now,”

Sonam Kapoor tied the knot to Anand Ahuja in 2018, and gave birth to their son Vayu in 2022. She was last seen in ‘Blind’ that released on Zee5 in 2023.
