Shahid Kapoor Rents Out His Luxury Apartment in Worli For Rs. 20 Lakhs

Bollywood Actor Shahid Kapoor and his wife Mira Kapoor recently rented out their luxury apartment in Mumbai for a monthly rent of Rs 20 Lakhs. The apartment is in Three Sixty West in Worli.

The apartment was originally bought at  Rs. 58.6 Crores and is co-owned by Shahid Kapoor and Mira Kapoor. Square Yards, a real estate consultant, released a statement about the availability of the apartment. It will be rented out for Rs. 20.5 lakhs at the start and will gradually increase to Rs. 23.98 lakhs by the end of term in five years.

Registered in November, the lease agreement is for a tenure of 5 years with an initial security deposit of Rs 1.23 crore. This will help the couple generate an average gross rental yield of 4-5 per cent.

With three dedicated car parking spaces, the property spans 5,395 square feet of carpet area and 6,175.42 sqft of built-up area. The apartment is present in 'Three Sixty West', a project developed by Oberoi Realty, a high-end residential project spread over 1.58 acres, offering 4 and 5 BHK ready-to-move-in apartments.
