Shaan & Wife Invest Big: ₹10 Cr Plot-Plus-Bungalow Deal in Pune

Bollywood singer Shantanu Mukherjee, widely known as Shaan, and his wife Radhika Mukherjee have made a significant real estate investment in Pune. As per property registration documents accessed by Square Yards through the Inspector General of Registration's official website, the couple has purchased a high-end residential property in Prabhachiwadi for a whopping ₹10 crore.

The acquisition, registered in March 2025, includes a spacious plot-plus-bungalow setup. The property features a plot size of approximately 0.4 hectares (or 4,787.92 square yards), with the bungalow itself offering a built-up area of around 5,500 square feet. In addition to the purchase cost, the transaction involved a stamp duty payment of ₹50 lakh and a registration fee of ₹30,000.

Prabhachiwadi, located in the Maval taluka of Pune district, Maharashtra, is part of the Pune Metropolitan Region. Known for its serene, rural ambiance, the area features vast open land parcels and is witnessing a rise in residential projects. Its strategic location near major transit routes, such as the Mumbai-Pune Expressway, enhances connectivity to Pune city and surrounding industrial hubs.
