Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor Khan, and director Rohit Shetty will perform the Ravan Dahan at the renowned Lav Kush Ramleela in Delhi this Dussehra, i.e on Saturday. This yearly event has been hosted at the iconic Red Fort for the past 50 years.
"To celebrate the victory of good over sinful, we have invited 'Singham Again' director Rohit Shetty with stars Ajay Devgn and Kareena Kapoor Khan to participate in the Ravan Dahan this year," stated Arjun Singh, president of the Lav Kush Ramleela jury of Delhi.
Ajay Devgn last participated in the Ravan Dahan at the Ramleela in 2016.
"Singham Again," which is ready to release on Diwali, features Ranveer Singh, Akshay Kumar, Deepika Padukone, Tiger Shroff, & Arjun Kapoor.
During the trailer launch event in Mumbai on Monday, Kareena conveyed her honor in rendering the character of Sita in the film.
Kapoor, who plays a character similar of Ravan in "Singham Again," described the film as a "modern-day exposition of the Ramayana."
Last year, Kangana Ranaut made history by becoming the first woman to perform the Ravan Dahan, setting the statue of the demon king aflame with an arrow.
