Bollywood actor Randeep Hooda is soon coming back onscreen with Veer Savarkar's Biopic. He is all set to make his directorial debut with Swatantrya Veer Savarka movie. Along with direction he is also the main lead of the movie and he is also the producer of the film. The movie is about Vinayak Damodor Savarkar's inspiring life journey and his contribution to forefront. When the movie was announced it was claimed that the movie is co-produce by Sandeep Singh, Anand Pandit, Yogesh Rahar and Randeep Hooda's production house.
Randeep Hooda's, 'Swatantrya Veer Savarka' get into legal trouble:
Swantantrya Veer Savarka is a biopic of activist Vinayak Damodar Sarkar. Recently, Randeep Hooda has released a offical statement regarding the rights of the movie and he claimed that he has full owenrship over the movie. After the offical statement was released movies co-prducer Sandeep and Anand Pandit were shocked and they denied any such ownership. The dispute between the producers have lead to controversy and the movie is facing legal trouble.
Karan Halai of M/s Halai and Co. Advocates and Legal Consultant for Randeep Hooda have relesed a offical ststement, that says," Randeep Hooda under his banner Randep Hooda films has successfully written produced-directed/ completed the film based on Veer Savakar despite all odds by facing various challenges coming in his way including finacial, mental, and physical. He with his utmost dedication perseverance and aim of paying respect to the real hero i.e. main character of the film, has thwarted obstruction created by other entities bent upon disrupting the making of the film, also attempting to infringe on his legal right".
Post his statement, Sandeep Singh and Anand Pandit legal team have also issued statement on behalf of them, stating, "Our Clinet M/s Legend Studio Private Limited, alon g with M/s Anand Pandit Motion Pictures LLP. are the exclusive joint producers and owners of the entire 100% Intellectual Property Rights and exploitation rights of the film "Swatantrya Veer Savakar".
The legal fight of the producers over the right of the movie has sparked controversy and has grabbed people's attention and people are looking forward to the matter.
