Ranbir Kapoor And Alia Bhatt's New House, Has New Owners, They Are??

Bollywood actors and couple Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are ready to move into their new house in Bandra with an extravagant party coinciding with their daughter Raha's birthday in November.

Ranbir and Alia's magnificent 6-storey bungalow in Bandra is almost finished, and reports suggest they would be moving in during Diwali or later in November around their daughter Raha's second birthday. The house is also said to be gifted to Raha Kapoor, as Ranbir always intended to register the house under her name. Raha would own this luxurious home with Neetu Kapoor because she is designated as half-owner of all the properties of her late husband, Rishi Kapoor.

Ranbir and Alia, along with their daughter Raha and Neetu, have been spotted on the construction site of their house a lot recently. The house that is almost finished is 6 storeys tall, and each floor has a wide balcony with white safety railings. A video of the house and its interior has gone viral on social media. 

The house is suggested to be worth around ₹250 crores and is constructed in a posh neighbourhood of Bandra. The couple is reportedly going to be throwing a grand housewarming party that coincides with their daughter's birthday. The party could include some high-profile personalists from the Bollywood industry.

Alia Bhatt recently featured in her new film, Jigra, alongside Vedang Raina, while Ranbir's Animal proved to be a box-office success.
