The hard-hitting trailer of The Sabarmati Report has indeed arrived like a storm. Showcasing glimpses of one of the most devastating incidents in India's history, the trailer has left the masses talking. While it raised many questions, it also brought Vikrant into the spotlight over some political aspects.

During a talk show, the anchor asked Vikrant, known for his secular views, if he had now joined a rigid Hindu group he once opposed. To this, Vikrant replied, "Jo chiz mujhe buri lagti thi, wo actually buri hain nahi. Log kehte hain musalman khatre mein hai, koi khatare mein nahi hai, sab sahi chalra hai. Toh isliye aaj main keh rahan hoon ki, I have changed over the last time."
