The controversy arose from a video shared by Kangana, where Twinkle humorously compared men to plastic bags. Kangana, known for her outspoken nature, slammed Twinkle, calling her a "privileged brat" and accusing her of lacking appreciation for motherhood and feminism.
In the video, Twinkle was seen speaking at an event in Delhi, where she discussed the concept of equality in relationships. Twinkle's analogy of likening men to plastic bags sparked Kangana's ire, leading her to question the "nepo kids" for their perceived lack of understanding of real-world struggles.

Kangana's post highlighted her disagreement with Twinkle's views, particularly on the unequal distribution of household responsibilities. She criticized Twinkle and others like her for not acknowledging the progress made in gender equality and called for a shift in societal norms.
On the work front, Kangana is gearing up for the release of her upcoming film 'Emergency', where she portrays former Indian Prime Minister Indira Gandhi. The film, which Kangana has also directed, is set to hit theatres on June 14.
