John Abraham and Nikkhil Advani Reunites for Yet Another Blockbuster Vedaa

John Abraham is back on the big screen with his upcoming crime thriller, Vedaa. Teaming up once again with producer Nikkhil Advani, with whom he collaborated on acclaimed films like Batla House and Satyameva Jayate,  the duo brings another blockbuster.

Vedaa follows the story of a young woman who confronts and challenges a repressive system embodied by an antagonist. Director Nikkhil Advani describes, "Vedaa is more than just a film. It is inspired by real-life incidents, reflects our society, and pushes the boundaries of reality."

A teaser for the movie, featuring Sharvari Wagh in a pivotal role, was recently unveiled. The teaser sets the stage for an intense battle, promising to captivate audiences.

John also shared the teaser on Instagram with the caption: "Jhagadna nahi aata mujhe, sirf jung ladni aati hai! (I don't know how to fight, I only know how to wage war!) #VedaaTeaserOutNow. Releasing in cinemas on 12th July."

In the film, John Abraham plays the mentor of Sharvari, while Abhishek Banerjee takes on the role of the antagonist. We will also get to see Tamannaah Bhatia also seen in a pivotal role.

Veda is produced by John Abraham, Monisha Advani, and Madhu Bhojwani under their Zee Studios, Emmay Entertainment, and JA Entertainment banners. Written by Aseem Arora, the film is scheduled for release on 12th July 2024 and is filled with action, suspense, and emotion.
