Inside Raha Kapoor's Jungle Safari-Themed Birthday Party

Actress Alia Bhatt and actor Ranbir Kapoor had the most significant event in their lives yesterday: the birthday of their adorable daughter Raha Kapoor who just turned two years old.

The day started with loads of good wishes from friends, relatives and fans for the star kid. While dadi Neetu Kapoor took to Instagram to share an adorable candid picture of Ranbir, Raha and Alia, nani Soni Razdan shared the birthday girl’s fun moments with her.

While proud mommy Alia has interestingly left fans ‘gushing’ bottom right with one of the first family photos clicked after Raha arrived. So precious!

So in the evening they threw a birthday party for the angel as Alia and Ranbir were calling her now. Well to our surprise, some of the guests who managed to attend Raha’s second birthday party have now given fans a sneak view on the fun filled evening.

It was a jungle safari themed party, which now having seen how ranbir proposed to Alia Bhatt wearing a ring in the middle of the maasai mara in Africa now looks very sweet. Finally, from Alia’s half-sister and actor Pooja Bhatt, we get to see a too-cute jungle-theme birthday cake with animals on it; a photo-booth with a panda and monkey; a tattoo station; and Raha’s nana Mahesh Bhatt with birthday-land VIPs, Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse. 

Pooja also showed us the party hosts Ranbir and Alia. In return Raha’s parents presented their guests with one gift. It was this children’s book that Alia used in making her first debut as an author.  

Soni, Raha’s maternal grandmother, had also posted a group photo taken at Raha’s second birthday. Also, a photo with Soni, Neetu and friends – Anu Ranjan, Shalini Pradhan and Neena Gupta. Raha’s grandmother wrote: “When your gang shows up for you 🥰💕🤩🎂 #birthdaycelebrations.”
